1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Web2Dial, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Services Provided

Web2Dial is a calling assistance application that enables:

  • Call initiation and management (via Android device sync).
  • Access to call history and contacts.
  • Caller ID (offline and via Google account).
  • Device sync for battery level and call logs.
  • Favourites and speed dial features.
  • WhatsApp connect.
  • Auto dial and global search.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Web2Dial offers:
    • Monthly Plan: ₹99 (including taxes).
    • Annual Plan: ₹999 (including taxes).
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime via the app or billing platform.
  • Access remains until the end of the paid billing cycle.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use Web2Dial for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our services.
  • Misuse data accessed through Google integrations or device sync.

7. Data Privacy

  • Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Only limited information (call history, battery status, authentication) is stored on our servers.
  • You may request account deletion anytime via the app.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and content in Web2Dial are owned by us.
  • You may not use them without prior written permission.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Features may change, improve, or be discontinued without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Web2Dial is provided “as is.”
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, call charges, loss of data, or device issues arising from using the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
