These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Web2Dial services, website, and related products. By using Web2Dial, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Web2Dial provides workflow tooling for normal mobile calling through paired Android devices and browser-based processes. Web2Dial does not provide VoIP, SIP trunking, IVR hosting, PSTN replacement, or internet telephony.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must provide accurate and current account and contact information.
- You are responsible for account activity under your credentials.
- You must keep login details secure and prevent unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Web2Dial for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Transmit harmful code, malware, or abusive traffic.
- Use the service in violation of telemarketing, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
4. Billing and Subscription
- Paid plans are billed according to selected pricing terms.
- Renewals may occur as per your subscription cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
- Taxes, duties, or local levies may apply where required.
5. No Warranty
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web2Dial and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
Certain workflows may depend on third-party tools, browser environments, networks, mobile operators, or device behavior. Web2Dial is not responsible for external service outages or incompatibilities outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All Web2Dial software, branding, content, and related intellectual property remain owned by Web2Dial or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, security risks are detected, or required by law. You may discontinue use at any time, subject to applicable billing commitments.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web2Dial from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service, policy violations, or legal non-compliance.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
