1. Subscriptions
- Web2Dial offers subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: ₹99 (including taxes)
- Annual Plan: ₹999 (including taxes)
2. Free Trial / Demo
- Users are encouraged to explore the app before subscribing.
- If a free trial or demo is available, we recommend using it to ensure the app fits your needs.
3. Refund Eligibility
Since Web2Dial is a digital subscription service, payments made are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- You were charged by mistake (duplicate payment or technical error).
- You were unable to access the app due to issues on our side.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after subscription purchase.
- Partial usage of the subscription period.
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or billing platform.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
6. Refund Process

- Our team will verify and process your request.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
