1. Subscriptions

  • Web2Dial offers subscription plans:
    • Monthly Plan: ₹99 (including taxes)
    • Annual Plan: ₹999 (including taxes)

2. Free Trial / Demo

  • Users are encouraged to explore the app before subscribing.
  • If a free trial or demo is available, we recommend using it to ensure the app fits your needs.

3. Refund Eligibility

Since Web2Dial is a digital subscription service, payments made are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • You were charged by mistake (duplicate payment or technical error).
  • You were unable to access the app due to issues on our side.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after subscription purchase.
  • Partial usage of the subscription period.
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or billing platform.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

6. Refund Process

  • To request a refund (only in eligible cases):

    2. Our team will verify and process your request.
    3. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
