Web2Dial (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a calling assistance application that helps users manage calls, contacts, and related features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our app and services.

  • Call History: Call logs from your device to show recent calls.
  • Contacts: Synced from Google Contacts to help you identify and connect with people.
  • Caller ID: Saved offline or from another Google account.
  • Device Information: Battery level, charging status, and updated call history when device sync is triggered.
  • Favourites: Contacts you mark for speed dial.
  • Auto Dial Inputs: Numbers you paste for sequential dialing.
  • Authentication Data: For login and account management.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Enable calling assistance features (dial, disconnect, call logs).
  • Show call history and contacts within the app.
  • Sync device details when requested.
  • Provide caller ID and contact management.
  • Improve app performance and user experience.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We do not share Google user data with third parties, except:
    • Service Providers: Trusted vendors (e.g., hosting, database, authentication) that help us run the service, under strict confidentiality agreements.
    • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

4. Data Retention

  • Call History, Contacts, Battery Info, Authentication Data: Retained only as long as needed to provide the service.
  • If you stop using Web2Dial, or upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.

5. Data Deletion

  • You can request deletion anytime through the account deletion option in the app.
  • Once deleted, your Google user data and related records are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption, access controls, and secure storage) to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.


7. Your Choices

  • You can manage permissions through your device settings and Google Account.
  • You can delete your account and data at any time.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with the Last Updated date. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email.
