All Web2Dial purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges for any subscription, plan, renewal, setup service, or add-on once payment is successfully completed.

2. Scope of No Refund

This no refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly, yearly, enterprise, or custom plans.
  • Automatic renewals and recurring payments.
  • Partially used subscription periods.
  • Unused accounts, low usage, or change of business requirements.
  • Compatibility assumptions not verified before purchase.

3. Trial and Evaluation Recommendation

We strongly recommend evaluating Web2Dial through demo sessions, trial access (if available), and technical validation before purchasing a paid plan.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel future renewals according to your billing settings or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not create eligibility for refunds of prior payments.

5. Exceptional Cases

Any exception to this policy is solely at Web2Dial's discretion and does not establish a continuing obligation or precedent for future cases.

6. Chargeback and Dispute Handling

For billing concerns, please contact us first to resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or limitation of service access until resolution.

7. Policy Updates

Web2Dial may revise this policy from time to time. Updated policy terms become effective when published with a revised date.
