Web2Dial is a digital software service. No physical products are shipped, so physical return policies do not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payments and accidental charges may be eligible.
- Requests should be submitted within 7 days of transaction date.
- Misuse, policy violations, or abuse cases are not eligible.
3. Trial and Plan Usage
Free trial access may be available. Paid plans begin after successful payment and service activation.
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Final settlement timing depends on your payment provider and bank.
